Professional Extension Management Monthly Service Plans
Professional 3rd Party Extension Management. Including all minor updates, license management, support roll-back handling, backup services, feature/bug request submission, and we will point out any significant changes, usually additional features.
Security will be our main focus on your Joomla 2.5 website. Is your website still on HTML, Drupal, Wordpress, Mambo or Joomla 1.0 / 1.5 / 1.6 / 1.7 ? We can migrate your website and all your extensions to Joomla 2.5 and our service will keep your enterprise moving forward.
$ 750
Per month, up to 50 non-core Joomla 2.5 extensions, and 3rd party script updates managed through a privately tested and maintained repository library of manually researched and updated files for both free and paid extensions for Joomla 2.5 Up to 10 hours of support will be provided at this level of service.
An administrator extension management component will be installed where you can track the update progress, and request various types of support on specific extensions from one central location. Your requests will initiate support ticket and Support time will be billed against your monthly hours.
When we have reached your hours limit or fully updated all of the extensions within your limit, we will not provide more support until the start of the next billing cycle.
$ 1,500
Per month, up to 100 extensions. Up to 20 hours of support will be provided.
$ 2,500
Per month, up to 200 extensions. Up to 40 hours of support will be provided.
$ 5000
Per month, upto 500 extensions. Up to 80 hours of support will be provided.
This does not include the cost of the extension license, if necessary. Each commercial extension must have a license or updates can not be applied, if a commercial license renewal will need to be purchased your monthly fees will be charged and you will receive a reduction in support time, upto 30% of your monthly service fees can be used for purchasing activity. As a courtesy, vendor license information will be maintained for each customer.
Note:
Because we will install the same extension on several websites, we have really strong feedback for the extension developers, on both feature requests and also bug fixes. If your website requires special customization of Joomla! extensions, Vertualize Inc. is able to directly deal with the extension developer on your behalf, and many times expedite your special feature request quicker than if the client tried to directly deal with the extension developer themselves.
Additional services that can be provided, extension vendor sourcing, integration, installation, modification, configuration, development, and operations services.
These hourly plans are use them or loose them, unused hours will not be rolled over to the next month

We have project managers assigned with every work shift with whom you can directly communicate anytime regarding the progress of your project. They are there to answer all your queries and work as a bridge between you and the developer.

The communication is effective and is dependent on the client, this means that if the client is technically sound, we will share all the technical details also with them.
